    The Super High Membrane Outdoor Pre-Filter is designed specially to solve the problems of water quality. By using the new innovative technology, the membrane which formed by thousands of membrane has density up to 0.01 Microns, which is 10,000 times thinner than our hair. Hence, Stratus - Super High Membrane Outdoor Pre-Filter is not only capable to completely filter the soil, rust and other materials in tap water, it can also filter bacteria with size larger than 0.01 Microns. It filters tap water effectively, ensuring that it is clean water that flows into your house.

     

     

     

    Backwashing Function

    Low maintenance. With self cleaning abilities, the ecobud® Super High Membrane Outdoor Pre-Filter is able to clean and maintain itself. Through our well designed, user-friendly interface, the ecobud® Super High Membrane Outdoor Pre-Filter can be cleaned automatically with its simple backwash function that flush out any remaining impurities, and prolongs the filter’s lifespan by preventing clogs. After backwash, the water filter is ready to use as normal. Moreover, it can be operated easily even by a young child.

    We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of payment being cleared. Unless the product ordered has a lead time which will be advertised on the product page.

    Once we have dispatched your order we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

    Damages: 

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  

    If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to hello@auswaterfilters.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

    Cancellations & Refunds: 

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  

    If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
