The Gentoo Lite is easy to use. My friend and I both find it heavier than we expected. It filters each refill quite quickly, in about 10 minutes, so that is helpful.

The product is well built the filter is of high quality But it is over priced I believe the manufacture is greedy, there is nothing wrong with making a profit, but excessive profits are wrong

I've been using these filters for over 3 years now. Absolutely fabulous! I'm an avid water drinker and I also use my tabletop ceramic water filter to water many of my indoor plants as they need filtered clean water.

I am sorry to say that I was replacing an old alkaline pitcher that had a broken handle. Unfortunately the new pitcher appears cheap and nasty plastic that could not be any thinner or weaker for a gadget used daily.
