    ALPS Replacement Ceramic Dome With Nano Silver Particles.

    The ALPS ceramic dome is the first stage of the ALPS filtration process.

    The lifetime of the dome is 6 to 9 months.

    Before use it is good practice to immerse or soak the dome in water for at least ten minutes. This will rid the dome of any dust particles from the manufacturing process and prime it for use.

    Assemble ceramic dome via butterfly nut & washer (supplied with dome) onto the smaller (top) container.

    Gently remove and gently clean the dome periodically with a soft toothbrush/fabric under running water, especially if residue forms on the dome surface.

    The ALPS ceramic dome filter (0.2 micron) purifies water from rust, dust, sand, silt and bacteria such as cholera, typhoid and coliforms.

    We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of payment being cleared. Unless the product ordered has a lead time which will be advertised on the product page.

    Once we have dispatched your order we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

    Damages: 

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.

    Cancellations & Refunds: 

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  

    If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
