    Whether your water source is rainwater collected in a tank or chemically treated tap water, this filter is designed to purify it, supported by verified test results. The filtration method employed by Filteroo® is a gentle, gravity-driven process that allows for adequate contact time between the water and the filter media, ensuring effective removal of unwanted contaminants.

    Water produced by the Filteroo® Steel gravity water filter is free from harmful impurities while retaining beneficial minerals, making it suitable for consumption. Regardless of your location, the Filteroo® system will enhance your water quality, ensuring it tastes clean, filtered, and fresh.

    It is the slow filtration that removes the contaminants so well whilst at the same time retaining the healthy minerals in the water for us to consume. Combined with the quality stainless steel body which helps to filter water. Plus, this stainless steel gravity water filter is supplied with everything you require to set it up and use with extra bonuses to make it extra special.

    When not used

    NEVER WASH WITH DETERGENTS OR SECOND-HAND SCOURER PADS.

    If the filter is left to stand for more than 3 - 4 days without use, it is recommended that one litre of water be allowed to flow through the cartridge to waste before using.

    Highly recommended for rainwater & city water supplies treated with chlorine or chloramine. If your water is treated with or contains Fluoride, you might want to check out the option which will remove the fluoride, and utilise the Filteroo® Max fluoride removal cartridge that connects directly onto the bottom of the carbon cartridge.

    We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of payment being cleared. Unless the product ordered has a lead time which will be advertised on the product page.

    Once we have dispatched your order we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

    Damages: 

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  

    If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to hello@auswaterfilters.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

    Cancellations & Refunds: 

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  

    If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
