    British Berkefeld Ultra Sterasyl® (previously ATC Super Sterasyl®) is Doulton’s best selling ceramic water filter candle for gravity water filter systems. The combination of a microfilter ceramic outer, granular activated carbon and heavy metal removal media effectively reduces a range of different contaminants including sediments, microplastics, e-coli bacteria, trace organics, enhanced organics, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, pfas, herbicides, free chlorine, monochloramine and heavy metals such as lead.

It is compatible with all purifiers made by Southern Cross Pottery and most other brands of gravity filtration systems including Earthtank, Village Pottery Company, Sean Nicholson Clay, Durand, Waterco, Australis, Stefani, Pozzani, Peter Wallace Pottery, and Filteroo.

    We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of payment being cleared. Unless the product ordered has a lead time which will be advertised on the product page.

    Once we have dispatched your order we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

    Damages: 

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  

    If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to hello@auswaterfilters.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

    Cancellations & Refunds: 

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  

    If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
