    The lifespan of the Micro Pad is influenced by the quality of water supplied to your home from the municipal source, as well as the age and condition of your water system. Many residences, particularly in older neighborhoods, experience subpar water quality due to the existing infrastructure and piping. Additionally, older hot water systems may start to rust internally as they approach the end of their usable life.

    It is advisable to check the condition of your pre-filter on a weekly basis. If it appears dirty or discolored due to rust or other factors, it is recommended to replace it to ensure the proper functioning of your Bio Mineral Pot filter.

    The Waters Co Pre-filter Pads play a crucial role in your Bio Mineral Pot system. Micro Pads effectively eliminate dirt, rust, copper, sediment, and bacteria from the water before it reaches the carbon/resin stages. Removing these heavier contaminants prior to this stage is essential for maximizing the lifespan of the carbon/resin filters; otherwise, their longevity may be compromised.

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and we are now processing your order until it is ready for dispatch.

    We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of payment being cleared. Unless the product ordered has a lead time which will be advertised on the product page.

    Once we have dispatched your order we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

    Damages: 

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  

    If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to hello@auswaterfilters.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

    Cancellations & Refunds: 

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  

    If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
