    These Sprite® Showers filter cartridges utilize a patented Chlorgon (non-carbon media) designed to eliminate chlorine across a broader temperature spectrum than previously possible. This specialized filtration medium effectively removes or diminishes potentially harmful impurities from your shower water, such as: chlorine, iron oxide, dirt, sediment, and unpleasant odour. 

    Chlorine is widely employed to disinfect water by eradicating bacteria and microorganisms. Nevertheless, once it enters your home, it can adversely impact your family’s appearance, comfort, and even long-term health. Effectively removes chlorine, dirt, iron oxide, odour, scale, and sediment.

    *Replacement of this cartridge is recommended approximately every 12 months, dependent on usage and the water quality.

    Orders under $50.00 are shipped a flat fee of $5.00.

    Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Australia only.

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and we are now processing your order until it is ready for dispatch.

    We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of payment being cleared. Unless the product ordered has a lead time which will be advertised on the product page.

    Once we have dispatched your order we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

    Damages: 

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  

    If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to hello@auswaterfilters.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

    Cancellations & Refunds: 

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  

    If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
