    Mineral Stones infused with nano silver particles effectively diminish bacteria, ensuring that the water remains fresh, alkaline, and mineral-rich.

    Tap water often contains numerous contaminants and is deficient in essential minerals. After filtering the water, it is crucial to re-mineralise it.

    Our Mineral Stones are crafted from Elvan Stone (also known as Mineral Adamantine Stone), which comprises over 70% Silica (SiO2) and is subsequently ground to a suitable size.

    These stones are rich in Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, Sodium, and Potassium, all of which have been demonstrated to enhance pH levels.

    Our stones uniquely combine both nano silver and mineralised particles, making them indispensable.

    With appropriate care, Mineral Stones can last between 18 to 36 months. For further details and maintenance tips regarding mineral stones, please refer to Peter below.

    Mineral Stones can be left loose in the bottom of your filter or kept inside the BPA free container.

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and we are now processing your order until it is ready for dispatch.

    We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of payment being cleared. Unless the product ordered has a lead time which will be advertised on the product page.

    Once we have dispatched your order we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

    Damages: 

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  

    If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to hello@auswaterfilters.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

    Cancellations & Refunds: 

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  

    If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

    Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
