      Previously the BIBO Annual Filter Pack, contained 2 MAXI carbon filter cartridges. The new Annual Filter pack, now only has 1 MAXI carbon filter cartridge doing all the hydration work of the previous 2 carbon filters. This means you will only need to replace your carbon filter ONCE per year, not twice and receive a full year of great-tasting, filtered & purified water.

      The MAXI Carbon filter (0.5 micron nominal) takes out harmful elements while keeping the good minerals. Therefore, you'll enjoy water that's both clean and healthy.

      The 0.5 micron nominal activated carbon filter removes:

      • up to 99.95% of harmful organisms (including cryptosporidium)
      • up to 99% of benzene
      • up to 90% of chlorine
      • up to 97% of lead
      • Over 90% of chemicals including PFAS chemicals

      It also reduces limescale by 50%.

      MAXI Carbon Filter Details

      Your MAXI Carbon filter has a lifetime of 12 months with a maximum usage of 10,000 Litres.

      When to Replace Your MAXI Carbon Filter

      For the best water quality:

      • Change the MAXI filter just once per year
      • Replace the UV Lamp once a year
      • Follow the simple guides

      Your BIBO touchscreen will tell you when to change parts. Consequently, you'll always have pure, fresh water on hand.

      Additional Clean with a 'BIBO Descaling Kit'

      To prolong the life of your BIBO and reduce limescale, we recommend that you clean and descale your BIBO annually.

      However, if you live in a moderate to hard water location, it is recommended that you descale your BIBO Water Bar every 3 or 6 months. Please click here for more info:

      As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and we are now processing your order until it is ready for dispatch.

      We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of payment being cleared. Unless the product ordered has a lead time which will be advertised on the product page.

      Once we have dispatched your order we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

      Damages: 

      Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  

      If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to hello@auswaterfilters.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

      Cancellations & Refunds: 

      All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  

      If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

      Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
