    Fitting Instructions

    1. Remove the old filter and discard.
    2. Before installing the new filter, remove it from the package and flush it with cold running tap water for 30 seconds.
    3. Insert the new filter into the reservoir, making sure it is aligned with the grooves.
    4. If the rate of water dripping slows during use, take out the filter and shake it 3 to 5 times before use.

    Recommended replace every 2 month

    All shipments are free for orders over $50:

    Orders under $50.00 are shipped a flat fee of $5.00.

    International Shipping: 

    Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Australia only.

    Order Confirmation:  

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and we are now processing your order until it is ready for dispatch.

    We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of payment being cleared. Unless the product ordered has a lead time which will be advertised on the product page.

    Once we have dispatched your order we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

    Damages: 

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  

    If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to hello@auswaterfilters.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

    Cancellations & Refunds: 

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  

    If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

    Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
